Print Alignment
Image is off-center, crooked, or not properly aligned on the product.
Wrong Item
You received the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color compared to your order.
Physical Damage
Tears, holes, stains, or damage that occurred during shipping.
Missing Items
Your order is incomplete — some items from your order were not included in the package.
Color Mismatch
The product colors deviate significantly from the design you approved. Note: minor color differences between screen and print are normal.

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Terms & Conditions
- · Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- · Photo evidence of the defect is required for all claims.
- · One replacement per original order is provided.
- · Since each product is custom-made to your specifications, we can only accept returns for quality defects — not for changes of mind or personal preference.
- · Minor color differences between your screen and the printed product are normal and not considered a defect.
Common Questions
What if I'm not happy with how my pet looks on the product?
Because each product is printed from the photo you provide, we can only guarantee the physical quality of the product. We recommend using our photo guide to choose the best possible image.
How long does the replacement process take?
Once your claim is approved, a replacement is typically produced and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
Yes. If you prefer a refund over a replacement, just let us know when you file your claim.
