About Photos
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face visible and a simple background works best. Natural light is ideal. Check out our photo guide for detailed tips and examples.
If the blurriness is minor, it may still work. However, very blurry photos will result in a less sharp print. We recommend using the sharpest photo you have. If you're unsure, email us the photo and we'll give you honest feedback.
Each product is designed for one pet. Multiple pets in a single photo will make each face quite small in the final product. We recommend ordering one product per pet for the best result.
A transparent PNG gives the cleanest outline, but it's not required. Our system can work with any photo — we'll help separate your pet from the background during production.
Shop
We offer 3 sizes: Small (12 inches), Medium (16 inches), and Large (20 inches). Pillow and blanket sizes are measured by their longest dimension. Canvas prints come in standard frame sizes.
Pillows use premium plush fabric with a soft polyester fill. Blankets use fleece with a smooth print surface. Canvas prints use archival-quality ink on stretched cotton canvas.
Our production team carefully traces the outline of your pet from the photo. Very thin details like ears, tails, and sharp corners may appear slightly softer in the finished product. This is normal for custom-cut shapes.
Customization
Yes! After uploading your photo, you'll see a preview of how your product will look. You can adjust the placement and crop before adding to cart. You only pay when it looks right.
We begin production quickly, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to update your photo or preferences, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
You can upload any photo you like. If the pose doesn't work well for a product shape, we'll let you know before production. You can also upload a different photo at any time before checkout.
Shipping
Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 7–12 business days for US orders. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 2–3 weeks.
Yes! We ship worldwide. US orders over $50 ship free. Canada is $7.99, and international shipping is $12.99. See our shipping policy for full details.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on your account orders page.
Returns & Quality
We stand behind every product we make. If your order has a quality defect — like blurry printing, wrong item, or physical damage — we'll replace it or refund you. See our quality guarantee for details.
Quality defects include: blurry or faded printing, misaligned images, wrong product or size, physical damage (tears, stains), missing items, and significant color mismatch. Minor color differences between screen and print are normal.
Email us at contact@intapdap.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We'll process your claim and send a replacement or refund.
Since each product is custom-made to your specifications, we can only accept returns for quality defects — not for changes of mind or personal preference. All quality issues are covered under our 30-day guarantee.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe with full SSL encryption. Your card information is never stored on our servers. We never see or have access to your full card number.
