Processing Time
Each custom pet pillow is made to order. After you place your order, please allow {days} business days for production. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to {peak_days} business days.

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal service.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by visiting your account orders page.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
