Custom printed images are horizontally flipped by default. Asymmetric designs are not recommended. Both sides with different designs require similar shape images. Manual measurement may vary 1-2cm.
Upload a high-resolution PNG — 2953×2953 px or larger — with a transparent background (our factory's recommendation for the cleanest die-cut edges) or a clean, solid-color background: sharp focus, good lighting, your pet's face centered and unobstructed. The pillow is cut along your image's outline and prints exactly as you upload it. No white borders, no watermarks; max 10MB.
Please note: final shaped pillow edges may look slightly softer or fuller than very thin tails, ears, or sharp corners in your original image.

What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face visible and a simple background works best. Natural light is ideal. Check out our photo guide for detailed tips and examples.
Do I need a transparent background?
A transparent PNG gives the cleanest die-cut edges for shaped pillows and is our factory's recommendation; a clean, solid-color background also works. Blankets and canvases print edge-to-edge, so the background is part of the print. Your image prints exactly as you upload it — we never alter it.
Can I preview my design before paying?
Yes! After you upload your photo, you'll see a preview of exactly what will print — the file you approve is the file we send to the factory. You only pay when it looks right.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We stand behind every product we make. If your order has a quality defect — like blurry printing, wrong item, or physical damage — we'll replace it or refund you. See our quality guarantee for details.
